Do at least 4 requirements:

  1. Learn what disc golf is and where it can be played in your area.
  2. Learn how to throw a disc both forehand and backhand.
  3. Play nine holes of disc golf at a local course with your family, troop or friends.
  4. Discuss with an adult how disc golf is different and similar to regular golf
  5. Visit a shop that sells discs and compare the different hardness and shapes of the discs.
  6. Have an experienced player demonstrate how to properly throw a disc and tell why they play.
  7. Throw a disc at a target from 10 feet 5 times forehand and 5 times backhand. How close did you get? Could you get closer with more practice? Which were you closer with?
  8. Design a course in a local park. Make your targets from baskets, trash cans or any other item you can think of.
